Shipping Methods
ZAZOO serves orders with a place of delivery within the territory of the Greek territory. Orders are shipped with the cooperating courier company ACS.

* Within the City - Concerns the receipt, transfer and delivery of shipments within the same city. Shipments within the prefectures of Attica (from South Attica to South Attica) and Thessaloniki (from South Thessaloniki to South Thessaloniki) are considered Within the City with the exception of any inaccessible areas.
* Within the Region - Concerns the receipt, transfer and delivery of shipments within the same Region. Region is defined as all the Prefectures and cities of Greece as analyzed in the following table:

* Land Destinations - Concerns the receipt, transport and delivery of shipments to Land Destinations of the ACS network, in Greece, outside the islands.
* Island Destinations - Concerns the receipt, transfer and delivery of shipments to the Island Destinations of the ACS network, in Greece (islands).
Areas outside the main cities of the ACS network are inaccessible. Get information from the website (www.acscourier.gr) or from the local offices of ACS. Shipments to inaccessible areas are financially burdensome due to mileage and difficulty of access.
The prices listed in this paragraph, include VAT.
Upon completion of the order to be delivered with the cooperating courier company, you will be sent the tracking number so that you can directly monitor the progress of your parcel transfer through the website of the courier company. Returns of products made at our expense will be accepted only with the partner company.
Orders are processed within the next 3 working days. Delivery time is solely up to the courier companies, but may also be affected by the payment method you have chosen (eg the time of completion and appearance of the bank transfer may vary depending on the Bank (usually 2-3 working days)
Orders will be shipped after they have been accepted, if possible, within 5 working days, unless special circumstances affect the load of the courier companies and result in extraordinary delays.
In case of inaccessible or remote areas, shipping and delivery of your products may take longer.
In any case, the delivery of the order will not exceed 30 days, except in cases of force majeure (transport strikes, bad weather, or periods of heavy workload of couriers, etc.).
