These Terms and Conditions apply to the goods sold from its online store (hereinafter "ZAZOO"). Every order you place through our online store, implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  2. When you click the "Send Order" button, it means that you send to ZAZOO a proposal for the purchase of the products in your cart and you agree with the application of these General Terms of Purchase.
  3. Confirmation of receipt of the purchase offer, which is sent automatically immediately after the submission of your order, certifies that your order has been received by ZAZOO. This, however, does not automatically mean acceptance of your offer to purchase, which will be done only after checking and verifying the availability of the products you order, in which case you will be sent a separate email confirming the acceptance of your order. You do not have to pay for the order until you receive a confirmation message accepting it and calculating the exact cost of delivery. ZAZOO expressly reserves the right to accept your offer or not, depending on the availability of the products you have chosen.
  4. Any incorrect registration of products or payment method / place of delivery by you is not the responsibility of ZAZOO, but of you.

If the ordered products are not immediately available or are not available at the listed price due to a change in the listed price at the time of ordering and processing, ZAZOO will inform you about whether or not it accepts your order, as well as about with availability and current price or any delivery delays. In case of non-acceptance, any payments you made in this case will be canceled, at which time a refund procedure will follow depending on the payment method you have chosen.

5.1 ZAZOO serves orders with a place of delivery within the territory of the Greek territory. Orders are shipped with the cooperating courier company ACS.

* Island Destinations - Concerns the receipt, transfer and delivery of shipments to the Island Destinations of the ACS network, in Greece (islands).

Areas outside the main cities of the ACS network are inaccessible. Get information from the website ( or from the local offices of ACS. Shipments to inaccessible areas are financially burdensome due to mileage and difficulty of access.

The prices listed in this paragraph, include VAT.

 5.2        Upon completion of the order to be delivered with the cooperating courier company, you will be sent the tracking number so that you can directly monitor the progress of your parcel transfer through the website of the courier company. Returns of products made at our expense will be accepted only with the partner company.

5.3          Orders are processed within the next 3 working days. Delivery time is solely up to the courier companies, but may also be affected by the payment method you have chosen (eg the time of completion and appearance of the bank transfer may vary depending on the Bank (usually 2-3 working days)

5.4          Orders will be shipped after they have been accepted, if possible, within 5 working days, unless special circumstances affect the load of the courier companies and result in extraordinary delays.

5.5          In case of inaccessible or remote areas, shipping and delivery of your products may take longer.

5.6          In any case, the delivery of the order will not exceed 30 days, except in cases of force majeure (transport strikes, bad weather, or periods of heavy workload of couriers, etc.).


  • By debit or credit card or paypal account

You can pay for your order with a VISA, MasterCard or Maestro credit / debit card or by using your Paypal account. All online payments by credit card or Paypal are made in the secure protected environment of the partner Bank or the online payment platform Paypal. The data that the customer enters when making an electronic payment, are not checked or processed or stored by ZAZOO, but by the respective provider and / or payment server. Please note that the secure payment system may ask you to confirm the transaction through 2 authentication agents, sending you a text message or email with a unique password, provided that you already have the electronic banking codes of the bank issuing your card.


  • By deposit in a bank account

To pay for your order, you can make the payment by deposit in one of our bank accounts which can be found here. In this case, your order will be shipped the next business day from the appearance of the transfer to our account. The time of completion and appearance of the bank transfer may vary depending on the Bank (usually 2-3 working days). If the deposit is not made within 3 working days, the order is automatically canceled. Any charges incurred by banks during bank transfers are borne by the customer.

  • Cash on delivery

You can pay the amount of your order by cash on delivery upon delivery by the cooperating courier company. In this case, you will be charged with an additional cash on delivery cost of € 1.5.



In case a refund is required (due to a refund of the product), it will be done by ZAZOO in the same way as the customer paid the price, unless otherwise agreed with the customer, without fault or unjustified delay. When the payment from you has been made by deposit in our account, or by cash on delivery, for the refund, you must state the IBAN of one of your accounts, in which the beneficiary is the person who placed the order in our online store.


8.1 Returns of products due to wrong delivery

In all cases in which other than the sold ones are delivered, by type or quantity or a property that has previously been agreed in writing with ZAZOO is missing, the customer returns the products for inspection and ascertainment of the error. In this case the costs of returning the products to ZAZOO as well as the costs of return to the customer are borne by ZAZOO as long as the method of return proposed by the company is observed.

8.2 Returns of defective products

The products displayed in our online store may differ in color from reality (due to various factors such as the characteristics of photography, lighting during photography, screen resolution, etc.). Such deviations can not be described as deficiencies of contracted quality or as defects of the products you order. In the event that the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, if this is confirmed by the manufacturer or ZAZOO, the following applies:

The return of the product to be replaced should be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, Retail Rep. Etc.) and its complete packaging. If it is a defect that was found later after delivery and the packaging does not exist or also if the product packaging was received by the distributors during the delivery of the item, the product packaging is not required.

The return of the products will take place through a courier company, in the ZAZOO store. The customer is charged with the shipping costs to ZAZOO and ZAZOO is charged with the shipping costs of the replaced or repaired product. If the defect is found or the contracted quality is not found, ZAZOO reimburses the customer and the shipping costs paid by him, provided that he has used the cooperating transport company.

After the return of the products, the defect reported by the customer is checked and then contacted to inform him about the results of the check.

Your other rights in case of defective products:

  1. The customer is also entitled, within the legal or agreed timeframes and, regardless of the unjustified withdrawal right described below, to exercise any of the rights granted to him by law due to a product defect (correction, replacement, reduction). or withdrawal), and in accordance with the requirements of the law, in addition by submitting a direct request to ZAZOO.

  3. If a product is declared defective by the customer, ZAZOO expressly reserves the right to diagnose the product as such in order to replace it with a non-defective one or to correct it, if possible.
  4. If the defect is insignificant, the right of withdrawal is not granted by law.
  5. If the defect can be corrected or replaced, the customer must accept the correction or replacement, unless it is unprofitable for the customer.
  6. If a product is returned as defective and ZAZOO after the above inspection determines the existence of a defect, the customer can be informed about the course of replacement or correction.
  7. The assignment or transfer of rights regarding the defectiveness of the products is excluded.

In case of cancellation of the transaction, if the customer had prepaid the amount, the refund of the original purchase is made in the same way as the initial payment of the customer to ZAZOO. In particular, in case of debit by credit card, ZAZOO will be obliged to inform the issuing Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then proceed to any transaction provided under the contract it has drawn up with the customer without any responsibility of ZAZOO anymore. ZAZOO after this information does not bear any responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract. The rebuttal process (total or partial) to credit card charges is done exactly as the card has been charged. In case of payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery, a bank transfer will be made from ZAZOO accounts to the customer, who will have to declare in writing to ZAZOO the IBAN of one of his accounts.

In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, ZAZOO has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without any other in full or partial offset of this claim against the customer's.


8.3 Return of non-defective products - Right of unjustified withdrawal by the customer

If the customer is a natural person (consumer) who prepares the sale for personal use and not for the service of his professional activity, then he is entitled to withdraw from the sale within 14 calendar days, which start from the delivery of the product, returning the product. in its original condition, borne by the return costs and any reduction in the value of the products. If at the time of placing your order you request the issuance of a sales invoice (and not a retail receipt), we will consider that you are acting in the context of your professional activity, with the consequence that you do not have the right of withdrawal and other provisions on consumer protection.

Withdrawal from a sale made by a natural person-consumer takes place under the following conditions:

This withdrawal is unjustified and if the item has already been delivered the customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all its parts, the accompanying forms and its packaging in excellent condition. Return costs are borne by the customer. The return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has first paid any amount charged to ZAZOO for the shipment of the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.

The declaration of withdrawal is exercised in writing or electronically and ZAZOO is obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal as soon as it reaches it. You can find the withdrawal form to fill out here.

Following the withdrawal statement, ZAZOO is obliged to return the price received within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the products.

The refund to the customer will be made by the same means by which the initial collection was made. Specifically in the case of debit by credit card as follows: in case until the withdrawal and return of the item the price has been paid to ZAZOO by the Bank, ZAZOO will be obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will proceed with each act provided for on the basis of the contract drawn up with the client. ZAZOO after this information does not bear any responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract. In case of payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the return will also be made by bank transfer to the customer's account, which he must fill in on the withdrawal form.

The customer is responsible for compensating the company if he made use other than that which is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods in the period until the declaration of withdrawal. The determination of the nature, characteristics and function of the goods should be made on the basis of the information provided on the outer packaging of each product, as well as the additional information provided by ZAZOO and in any case without opening the packaging of the products and using the product. ZAZOO is willing to inform the customer of any questions regarding the nature and operation of the products by providing additional information material electronically or otherwise. The reduction of the value from the opening of the package and consequently from the characterization of the product as used is examined on a case by case basis and is determined by the company and is usually in the range of 20% -30%. ZAZOO is entitled to agree with the customer its compensation still and with mutual netting.

In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, ZAZOO has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without any other in full or partial offset of this claim against the customer's.


Exceptions to withdrawal

There is no withdrawal from swimwear products that for hygiene reasons should not be tested.


8.4 Return procedure

The return costs of the products that we sent you and are defective or incorrect, are borne by us, if you return them with the courier company that cooperated with us and delivered them to you.

The cost of returning non-defective products is borne by you.

In any case and for the complete information of the customer, the final transfer cost is calculated before sending and payment and a relevant email will be sent to you.


When delivering, you should check the products you receive, as after that you carry the risk of accidental destruction, deterioration or loss. Your signature on the receipt form means that you acknowledge that you have received the products of your order correctly and that they are not defective.


If the customer does not receive the product within 15 days after receiving the notice to be sent and despite the relevant notice from the carrier, ZAZOO reserves the right to withdraw from the sale. In such a case, the customer, if he has prepaid the amount of his order, will receive a credit note equal to the price of the sale, less shipping costs, which will be paid by ZAZOO in the same way as he did the customer the payment of the price.

In case you re-declare the desire to receive the products, the shipping costs will be borne by you, regardless of the amount of the order.


Products that may have been delivered to you without having been paid in full or in part, remain the property of ZAZOO until the final, full and complete payment of the price.


The rights of consumers from the provisions on the sale of consumer goods and guarantees of the Civil Code and the law on Consumer protection, but also from any other relevant provision, apply as provided by the above legal provisions. ZAZOO liability for defects or deficiencies in contracted properties is limited to two months from the receipt of the products by the customer.

  • Customer claims for compensation or monetary satisfaction of any kind and legal basis are excluded. In particular, claims for damage to health, life and bodily integrity are excluded.
  • Any claim for compensation or monetary satisfaction of any nature and legal basis is excluded, in case of assistance due to force majeure.



We inform you that for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations from our transaction, your personal data that you give us are collected and kept exclusively for the fulfillment of these obligations, as well as for purposes of compliance with the obligations imposed by law (eg issuance of legal documents, submission of tax returns, etc.). This data will not be transmitted to unauthorized third parties, except our partners, whose services are necessary for the execution of the contract (eg carriers, computer support companies, hosting our website, etc.). All our partners are committed in writing to the protection of your personal data. Any customer data contained in returned products will be deleted by ZAZOO and will not be further processed by it.

  • For any dispute between ZAZOO and the customer, the competent Courts of Thessaloniki are responsible for resolving it. For the out-of-court settlement of the dispute you can also address the competent bodies for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, e.g. at the General Secretariat for Consumer Affairs of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness (Pl.   • In the event of non-implementation of any term of this Agreement, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.


ZAZOO reserves the right to modify / update individual parts of these Terms, without the obligation to inform you in advance. Please always read these terms before making any transaction, to be informed of their current version, in case any modifications or updates have been made.
